Camp Description
All camps will last for 120 minutes. This includes a dynamic warmup and 4 water breaks Per the
GHSA practice policies. Our sessions are designed to develop the following in our athletes:

Camp Description
All camps will last for 120 minutes. This includes a dynamic warmup and 4 water breaks Per the
GHSA practice policies. Our sessions are designed to develop the following in our athletes:

1. Mobility and Movement Patterns
2. OL/DL Techniques
3. Competitive Edge

The first hour is focused on developing movement patterns to help athletes achieve an
advantageous biomechanical position. Med ball circuits, plyometrics, and resistance bands will
be utilized to teach athletes how to generate power from the feet, hips, and hands.

The second hour will focus on the skill development needed to play the offensive line and
defensive line. We will break down complex techniques into their components to help our
athletes master their craft. Starting with the basics of stances and footwork we will work our way
to the intricacies of run block, block destruction, pass rush, and pass protection.

Each session will end with a competitive drill. This allows every athlete to utilize the techniques
he has learned and transfer them to a competitive scenario.
